Terms and conditions   1. Definition of terms:   Customer: Refers to the individual or entity placing an order and engaging in transactions with us. Goods: Refers to the products offered for sale on our platform. LR Copy: Stands for Lorry Receipt Copy, a document issued by transporter that contains details related to the transportation of goods. Privacy Policy: Refers to our policy governing the collection, use, and protection of customer data. Working Hours: Designates our operational hours, which are from 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM.   2.Pricing and Payment:   A minimum order amount of Rs. 3000/- is mandatory for all orders. Shipping charges are an additional cost. Quoted prices are Free-on-road (F.O.R.) for Sivakasi.   3. Order Policies:   Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or revised. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not an available payment option. Goods, once sold, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In cases of non-delivery due to product unavailability, the amount will be refunded or an alternative product of equal value can be provided upon the customer’s request. Please note that the actual appearance of products may vary from the displayed images.   4. Privacy and Data Protection:   We value your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. By placing an order, you, the Customer, consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.   All terms and conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of Sivakasi.
