Shipping policy   1. Shipment and Delivery Duration of Goods:   All confirmed orders with 100% advance payment are dispatched within 24 hours from our central godown in Sivakasi to the respective transporter assigned for specific destinations. Once dispatched the goods, transporter will issue a "Lorry Receipt" (LR Copy) containing their contact details. A scanned copy of the LR will be sent to the customer via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. The goods must be received within approximately one week from the LR issue date. Upon receiving the LR number, the Customer may coordinate with the transporter directly to track the shipment, as the customer is the final recipient responsible for paying the necessary transport charges and collecting the goods. Goods can be collected either from the transporter's warehouse or lorry itself, based on communication with the transporter. Transporter details will be provided accordingly.   The customer’s provided mobile number must remain active until the goods are successfully delivered. The company or transporter may contact the customer at any time regarding the delivery.   2.Shipping charges:   Shipping charges extra.   3. Refund Policy:   Refunds will be processed within 7 working days through online payment methods.   4.
